PDRM has confirmed that the arrested 4WD pickup truck driver involved in the hit-and-run on the NKVE highway was NOT the owner of the vehicle.

On Saturday (May 10), a married couple riding on a motorcycle were rushed to the hospital after they were hit by the suspect, who suddenly merged onto the left lane on his 4WD pickup truck.
