Another Jalur Gemilang Error Spotted, This Time in the Ministry of Education’s SPM Report

In a statement today (April 24), the Ministry of Education (MOE) issued a public apology over an error involving the display of the Jalur Gemilang in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination results analysis report that was released today.

The MOE admitted that the oversight is unacceptable as the Jalur Gemilang is a symbol of the country’s pride and sovereignty.

“Strict and immediate actions have been taken against those responsible. A detailed investigation is also ongoing.”

The Malaysian flag error can be spotted in the top left corner of the AI-generated (Artificial Intelligence) image.

In the meantime, MOE also said that the printed reports were immediately recalled, and corrections are being made.
