Transport Minister, Anthony Loke Siew Fook has shared that his ministry has yet to receive any official reports in regards to the alleged commotion caused by a minister at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1, yesterday (June 29).
According to a report by Kosmo, Loke said that he believed the airport authorities will conduct a detailed investigation into this matter.
“I have not received any further report regarding this incident, I think the airport authorities will make a detailed investigation into what happened,”
“Of course, the safety protocol must be obeyed, whatever it is, we will leave it to the aviation authorities to do a detailed investigation,” he explained during a press conference at KLIA Terminal 2, today (June 30).
This was brought up when he was asked about the minister who allegedly barged into the international arrivals hall at KLIA to apparently rescue a Chinese national who was being detained from entering Malaysia.
The minister, who allegedly knew about the arrest of the Chinese woman, apparently also entered the arrival hall without applying for a pass.
