On 3 November, the Defence Minister Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob has announced that due to the rising number of cases, Seremban will be under CMCO starting from 5 November.
Unexpectedly, at about 11.25pm on 3 November, massive rain clouds started rolling in and it began drizzling. However, after a few minutes, the rain got heavier. It continued well into the night and rainwater started accumulating.
A few areas in Seremban namely Ampangan, Rahang, Rasah, Rantau and Mambau were hit badly by the floods.

The floodwaters submerged some cars as it was at about waist level. Multiple homes have been hit.
420 Seremban residents have been rescued and placed in an evacuation centre for the meantime, reported Harian Metro.
With the floods and CMCO implementation closing in, the affected families have it the hardest. We hope that the floodwaters will subside soon and that the state government will be able to help these affected families during these trying times.
