As children, we were constantly told not to stay out late and would have to face the rotan if we ever came home after the sun went down.

Now, one adorable little boy is returning the favour after his father came home a little too late for his liking.

The boy’s mother, Iera Shahira (@ierashac), took to her TikTok account to showcase her super cute son reprimanding his father for coming home from cycling after Maghrib (7:20pm).

She wrote, “If we ever come home at times like this, before entering the house we’d get this outcome first.”

In the video, the boy named Darwish could be seen holding a hanger (major power move) while asking his father, who is outside the door, as to why he is coming home so late.

“Why you late? It’s already Maghrib,” Darwish told him father.

He even used the hanger to help him point to the sky and said, “You see, it’s already night (time), it’s already Maghrib.” That’s right, kid, you tell him!

The father apologised to his adorable son as he was reprimanded.
