In China, a man was arrested for depositing joss paper into the cash deposit machine. The money for the deceased won’t work, but what about fake, hand-drawn money?
Hold on. We’re not telling you how to do so or to go experimenting at the cash deposit machine (that’s totally on you if you’re feeling adventurous). We’re here to share a story about a woman who received fake money, safely encased in a money pack that she received from a guest who attended a kenduri at her house. In her TikTok post @jihaaaa98, she shared how she found fake banknotes “hidden” with a bundle of RM50s.
Jiha was counting the money that she received from the guest and halfway into it, she found a couple of hand-drawn RM20 banknotes. Of course, one could easily spot the fake banknotes at first glance but we have to give the person an A+ for the effort.
Just why the person gave fake banknotes remains a mystery, because not even Jiha herself is sure of the motive.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Jiha said that she did not confront or question the giver because it was impossible to find out about the identity of the giver.
“I thought I would only see empty money packs or tissues stuffed inside. Never knew I would find hand-drawn banknotes too!” Jiha told WORLD OF BUZZ.
Looking at the fake banknotes, the color, and the pictures look almost identical to the real RM20 banknotes. The fake banknotes were colored orange, with black turtles at the back and some red numbers written at the back.
Whoever drew this, kudos for your effort but sorry, it was too obvious! Or perhaps, the giver never wanted to hide it. You can watch the clip below.
@jihaaaa98 agak2 bawak ke bank negara dapat berapa ya? ??
Do you have the patience to draw a fake banknote? If you happen to be the receiver, how would you deal with the money? Don’t go and try putting it in the bank ah!
