Understanding that not everyone will be able to feed themselves while seeking treatment at the hospital, this mother took it upon herself to feed her child and another bedridden patient at the Melaka Hospital.

Catching everything on video, this daughter recorded her mother’s actions and shared it on social media.

This netizen’s mother took food from a cart, designated it for this patient and fed it to her.

In the comments section, one netizen shared a rather funny story.

“When I was single, I had to look after my father at the hospital. There was another patient there, and since he was from the Peninsular, he had no family coming over to visit him, so I helped him out as much as I can.”

“He later became my husband,” she added.

Taking inspiration, netizens responding to the comment said that this may be the best way to end their lives as single people.

Let’s hope that this culture of helping one another will become a common sight everywhere in Malaysia.
