2 Local Men Arrested for Placing Pigs’ Heads in Cooking Area of Kajang Food Vendor’s Stall

Two individuals have been arrested for their barbaric actions of placing two pigs’ heads in the kitchen area of a food stall in Bandar Teknologi Kajang on October 11 (Friday).

Based on a report by Sinar Harian, the Kajang District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Naazron Abdul Yusof shared that the 2 suspects were subsequently apprehended on October 15 (Tuesday) after their actions were caught on CCTV footage at the scene. The footage has since gone viral online.

“A review (of the footage) found the 2 individuals wearing black shirts and black and red helmets entering the stall. The 2 suspects then placed (2) pigs’ heads on the victim’s Roti Canai stove area,” he said.

The 18-year-old victim later came forward to make a police report regarding this incident.

“Investigations were carried out and it led to the arrest of 2 suspects, (who are) local men aged 35 and 51, on October 15. Further investigations are still underway to locate and obtain evidence related to this case,” he added.

He also urges the public to reach out to their nearest police station or contact Investigating Officer Sergeant Ahmad Faizal Hasan at 019-7691924 should they have any information that can help with the investigations.

 

The footage of the incident has gone viral recently, about a week after the individuals were arrested. It shows the 2 individuals arriving at the stall before pulling out pigs’ heads from plastic bags and placing them on the Roti Canai stove area of the stall.

After leaving the pigs’ heads there for some time, the individuals then returned and took the pigs’ heads away.
