However, a 14 year old girl from Shandong, China, suffered a rare form unjury from using her phone too much – she is not able to straighten her neck anymore due to a damage and deformities on her upper spine.

Her neck was reported to be like that of a 50 years old person’s.

According to the girl’s father, she would spend all her time on her smartphone, watching videos or playing mobile games, spending an average of 5 to 6 hours on her mobile phone everyday.

The girl’s father had brought her to the hospital after multiple complains of dizziness and soreness from the girl.

The girl was able to return home after treatments but the doctors strongly advised against using phones for long hours, or else she would risk her condition worsening.
