“1-on-1!” – Alleged Drunk Man & Convenience Store Owner Get into a 3-Round Physical Duel in Penang

What’s the benefit of getting into a physical fight? NOTHING. Your fists of fury will not show how cool you are or your masculinity will not be proven.

A viral video, originally shared by Facebook user Ary Aery showed a fight that took place between an alleged drunk man and a convenience store owner in Seberang Jaya, Penang. It is unknown what caused the fight but the alleged drunk man put down his helmet on the counter and started asking the owner for a “1-on-1.

The owner happily obliged, and the duo started “exchanging” fists.

The man who initiated the fight, however, lost in the 1st round. It’s a little bit like what we see in the Kung-Fu movies – the owner of the store easily (and swiftly) landed multiple punches on the drunk man’s face until he collapsed.

The fight was being “observed” by another man, who is believed to the the friend or the family of the drunk man.

“Be a gentleman. Whoever loses, go out of the store,” the owner told the other man who sat on the floor.

Unhappy with the decision, the man got up for round 2, which resulted in the same ending. The owner “gifted” his fists of fury to the other man, to which he immediately collapsed again.

No, it didn’t end there.

The man got up, picked up his helmet, and hit the owner on his head. It looked like the owner had a high tolerance of pain because the hit did not affect him, to which he told the drunk man,

“Okay, come!”

Both continued the fight in the 3rd and final round, to which the man collapsed immediately after the owner hit him with his knee.

At the time of writing, PDRM in Penang has yet to issue a statement about the matter. Regardless, there is no reason for ANYONE to engage in a physical fight.
