Planning a spontaneous weekend date or a fun family outing with your little ones? There’s nothing like spending a bright and sunny day with some new furry friends!

The Bukit Jelutong Eco Community recently shared on their TikTok, @bjecpark, that their mini zoo is officially open to the public for free. They welcome visitors daily from 9 am to 10:30 am for the morning session and resume from 3 pm to 7 pm for the evening session.

And it gets even better! They offer free animal petting sessions with a variety of animals like goats, ducks, peacocks, and more. You’ll find the mini zoo at Jalan Lelangit in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Some animals roam freely, so there’s no need to worry about missing the chance to pet or feed them. The animal palette costs only RM5.00.

This is a fantastic activity for families, especially if you’re an animal enthusiast. Just a reminder, though, that bringing your own food is not allowed, you can only use what the park provides.

Given Malaysians’ love for nature and wildlife, many have already visited these furry friends!

“I just paid them a visit. The place is is beautiful and the entrance is free.”

“This place is the best.”

“I’m planning to bring my child here this evening. There’s another session sometime around 3pm to 7pm.”

Curious to see what the mini zoo looks like? Check out the video below!

If you’re seeking an escape from reality, what better way than immersing yourself in nature and enjoying some great animals? For more information, check out their Facebook page by clicking this link.
