It is great to see that even during tough times like right now, there are so many good things happening around us every day. Sometimes, the worst situations really do bring out the best in people, especially our frontliners who are going above and beyond their capabilities to contribute to the country.

We also need to take a step back and be thankful for what we have at the moment. Yes, we might be stuck at home but there are those who are surviving with less and are now being taken care of by our heroes out there.

Our abang police have never disappointed us during the MCO. SJ Echo highlighted an officer who actually gave away his food rations for the day to a homeless man who had no food for dinner. The officer who is from the Brickfields police station saw the old man and immediately gave his food to him.

As reported by SJ Echo, the abang police there frequently do this but this time, an officer has decided to share a candid picture of the goodwill in action and we are glad that this picture was shared because during times like these, we need to highlight the positivity around us as well.
