The Beer Factory has been on a roll lately! Back in July, they had the beer boba and during the Mid-Autumn festival, they had the Guinness moon cake as well.
To stay relevant in this fast-paced business, they are now introducing something very out of this world and never before seen in Malaysia! Introducing the beer ramen!

Yes, you read that right, beer ramen!
Although the name SAYS beer, there is actually no beer in there though however, it is served in a beer mug. With that said, the colour of the ramen liquid and the layer of froth sitting on the top really resembles beer!

To make this “beer”, they start off with putting freshly cooked ramen into the beer mug, and then they put in a savoury shoyu ramen soup base as the “body” of the “beer”. The final step is when they put on some egg white foam as “the froth” and voila, you have beer ramen. That’s certainly very creative!
There are 2 options to choose for the side dishes with this beer ramen.

The first one is karaage chicken with sea salt edamame, and the other is teriyaki scallion pork with sea salt edamame as well! And the best thing is, one set only costs RM15!
This item will be available for a limited time only, which is from 1st-31st December and only in selected outlets of The Beer Factory!
