In her press release, Dato Siti Nurhaliza shared that the Nurjiwa Foundation was notified by the Perbadanan Stadium Nasional management that the only available date for the entirety of 2024, which could be offered to them, is the 9th of March.

“For everyone’s information, our team has started making reservations with the Perbadanan Stadium Nasional since early 2023. However, the originally scheduled date is not feasible for us, so we are requesting a postponement by securing a new date.”

In her press release, it was also stated that the purpose of the concert is to raise funds to support 5 clusters of charitable work, including welfare, humanitarian efforts, religious causes, education, and special assistance for Palestine.

Datuk Ser Khalid Mohamad Jiwa says,

“Our commitment towards the war victims in Palestine has to continue since it started last October. Even a day or two of delay could bring further disaster to them. Therefore, Nurjiwa Foundation believes it is good to proceed with the concert to raise funds.”
