Restaurant in Sepang Praised For Amazing Treatment Towards Food Delivery Riders & Customers

For restaurants, there are plenty of ways to attract new customers. These include things such as having cool methods while preparing food and even including unique ingredients into your food.

However, you could also attract potential customers and satisfy your existing customers by simply doing things extremely well.

Recently, a restaurant in Sepang, Selangor has gone viral after netizens praised the restaurant’s efforts to make food deliveries much more efficient and streamlined.

Twitter user @SallehFahmi recently took the platform to praise Nasi Ayam Mafia in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi for their amazing treatment towards food delivery riders and customers alike.

In his post, Salleh wrote, “This is the right way to do business. Caring for your customers, delivery riders, having a quick and organised order system which even has a screen so that takeaways are efficient.”

“If you want extra sauce you can just get it. It has thousands of 5 star ratings on FoodPanda. You can request for extra sauce and even specific parts of chicken.”

In the pictures shared along with his post, a screen with orders for various food delivery platforms could be seen. The restaurant even has a banner which informed riders, “Feel free to ask and follow up on your order. Want it quick? Give us your number and we will prioritise it.”

“Why can’t all restaurants be like this!”

The post has gone viral on Twitter and currently sits on over 16,400 likes and 8,887 shares. Plenty of netizens took to the comments to praise the efforts of the restaurant to make things more efficient and organised.

Some users wished that other restaurants would implement a similar system.

“Why don’t other restaurants use this system. Is it expensive.”

One user commented, “When the boss listens to his workers, they will notice the problems that could be solved, they won’t be shy to invest into something that will make things easier. Restaurants like these deserve to be made viral.”

Meanwhile, users who have been to the restaurant mentioned other ways how the restaurant has made its customers and food delivery riders happy.

One customer pointed out that the food at the restaurant is delicious and that they even give their customers loyalty cards where if you’ve bought food from them 10 times in the past, you would be eligible to claim a free chicken rice and cendol.

“If you order through FoodPanda, if I’m not mistaken, there is an option for you to order food for your delivery rider. I did it before and my rider was so thankful and sent my food with a smile. The food for riders are cheaper even though the portion is the same,” said another user.

Kudos to Nasi Ayam Mafia for going above and beyond in serving their customers as well as making the jobs of our abang-abang rider much easier.
