REDLINE Fitness Games by Nissan is back this 2025! Prove your might during this workout race and stand a chance to win big!
After their debut in Kuala Lumpur back in 2023, this fitness competition is finally coming back this 26 and 27 July to the Mines International Exhibition and Convention Centre (MIECC). Whether you’ve joined the previous edition or are a newcomer, here’s what you can expect from REDLINE Fitness Games 2025:
A 12-station workout race with a twist

Just like the last edition of REDLINE, this unique workout race will feature 12 stations. But to keep things fresh, three new workout stations will be part of the 2025 format. Altogether with the old games, these challenges will require you to complete them in the correct order with your best finishing time.
Here are the games participants will need to complete, each one designed to test their strength, agility, and endurance:
- Run – Kick the race off with a 500-meter run (updated from the previous 400-meter version).
- Ski – Work out your whole body on the SkiErg.

Deadball Burpees – Start with a full chest-to-floor burpee, then powerfully toss the deadball on or over the target mark on the wall. Repeat to completion.
- Bike – Get spinning on a BikeErg to test your cycling endurance.
- Farmer’s Carry – Carry a kettlebell in each hand while you walk through this looping course.
- Shuttle Runs (NEW) – Repeat 20m runs where one foot and one hand must touch a marked line on the floor at the end of each lane.
- Russian Twists (NEW) – This one will shake you to your literal core. While holding a wall ball, rotate your torso from side to side while seated with your feet in the air.
- Sandbag Gauntlet – Shaky legs beware! This challenge will require you to do stationary squats and walking lunges while carrying a sandbag.
- Row – Have a seat on a RowErg and row your way to complete a set amount of calories to burn.
- Squat Thrusts (NEW) – Akin to a burpee, each jump movement must cross the taped line to be valid.
- The Mule – Another muscular endurance test, complete a sequence of shuttle runs where you carry progressively heavier sandbags.
- Sled Push & Pull – The final push (and pull) until you finish the games. Push and pull a weighted sled down a 15-metre track and cross the finish line.
Who can join and which categories are available?

Malaysians of all fitness levels and capabilities are allowed to join – no minimum level of experience necessary! Whether you’re a full-on workout warrior or only recently started getting into fitness, you’re more than welcome to join this competition and push your very own REDLINE.
As with the previous REDLINE Fitness Games, this race will have three different categories (each with their own subcategories):
- Singles: Men and Women
- Level 1: Beginner
- Doubles: Men, Women and Mixed
- Team Relay: Men, Women and Mixed
