Puchong Has A New Cluster After Man Under Home-Quarantine Allowed Family To Visit Him

It looks like there are people out there who are forgetting the rules that come with the effects of Covid-19, such as wearing face masks properly, staying inside while quarantining and so forth.

One family caused an entire cluster in Puchong, after a man that had just come back from Sabah allowed his family from Perak to visit him while he was in quarantine.

ADUN Kinrara, Ng Sze Han took to his Facebook page to explain the situation.

He wrote, “Bah Puchong Cluster doesn’t mean that Puchong has a serious Covid-19 outbreak. This cluster is named ‘Bah Puchong’ because someone who lives in Puchong came back from Sabah. He was on home quarantine, but his relatives in Perak visited him and stayed with him and they too became positive.”

“All positives are now hospitalised and all his contacts have been screened. Stay calm, wear a mask and keep social distancing and always wash your hands,” he added.

It’s baffling to know that someone would even allow their family members to visit them while they are supposed to be isolated and in quarantine.

Remember, everyone. Ensure to stay disciplined while conducting home quarantine not only to protect your loved ones, but to also protect others who may come into contact with your loved ones.
