Sharing an image of the poor pooch and tagging @DVSMalaysia, netizens commenting on the tweet share their comments in the thread.
Most of them were unimpressed.
“This is so horrible! I went on two separate days and there was no food or water in the cage.”
Apparently, this took place at other pet store outlets as well.
