This is just outrageous!
Recently, a man who works for the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) allegedly impersonated a policeman and forced a Myanmar woman to perform oral sex on him.
The 22-year-old man was reportedly dressed in ordinary clothes and approached the woman, who was walking alone near a field in Bandar Baru Air Itam on Monday (28th August) at 10.30am, according to The Star.

He reportedly approached the 25-year-old woman on his motorbike, telling her he was a policeman. He then asked her where she was going and if she was carrying her passport with her.
“He then told her to get on his motorcycle and took her to an empty unit on the 17th floor of an apartment block in Jalan Thean Teik nearby,” George Town OCPD Asst Comm Anuar Omar Said told the daily.
After that, he told the woman to take her clothes off, while he took off his shirt and unzipped his pants, instructing her to perform oral sex on him.Â
As if the assault wasn’t enough, he then asked the woman to give him her earrings and gold necklace after she got dressed.Â

“When they were waiting for the lift to leave the apartment, a suspicious resident confronted them. After finding out what had happened, the resident told the impostor to return the jewellery to the woman, and called the police,” said ACP Anuar.
The man has since been remanded to remain in police custody until Sunday and is being investigated under Section 377B of the Penal Code for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature. Meanwhile, the young woman was sent to the hospital for a medical examination.
Let’s hope this man receives appropriate punishment if convicted of this crime!
