A viral video shows a group of motorcyclists chasing down and attacking a Perodua Myvi near the Batu 12 area, close to the Puchong Toll Plaza, on 28 September.
In the clip, a large crowd of riders can be seen tailing the car, with some kicking, punching, and even using their helmets to smash the vehicle, damaging its side mirror.


Police have since arrested suspects aged 17 to 21
However, it still remains unclear what triggered the attack or why the motorcyclists were targeting the car.
Earlier, we reported that police had launched an investigation after a 52-year-old man filed a report about the incident.
In the latest update, police confirmed that several young men, aged between 17 and 21, have been arrested to assist in the investigation.


9 youths were arrested in Shah Alam and Puchong
Serdang District Police Chief ACP Mohammad Farid said police arrested nine youths earlier today (30 September) in Shah Alam and Puchong, Selangor, as reported by China Press.
“Initial investigations show the suspects are between 17 and 21 years old, and three motorcycles linked to the case were also seized,” he said.
He added that all nine will be brought to the Linggi City Court for a remand application, with more details on the case to be shared later.
The case is being investigated under Section 427 (mischief causing damage) and Section 279 (reckless driving) of the Penal Code.
