The job listing, titled ‘Problem Manager’ and posted by Logicalis Asia Pacific MSC, was recently shared on the Facebook page Cyberjaya Community.

The job is in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.

Although it appeared to be a legitimate full-time associate position with already 205 applicants, netizens still found the position amusing as the name, ‘Problem Manager’, seemed rather vague.

About the position

All jokes aside, the position seems like a good one.

As a Problem Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the problem management function for the company’s customers.

According to the job description, you will also be part of the major incident team, where you will handle incident management based on a pre-scheduled roster.
