When was the last time you donated blood?
During this time of uncertainties, many of us are still trying to get used to the new norms. Even though Covid-19 is plaguing us and the world right now, we must not forget that there are plenty of patients out there with other conditions who might need blood.
These frontliners took some time out of their busy schedule to continue giving back to the society by donating blood.
We would like to remind all Malaysians that the National Blood Bank is always in need of blood. For those of you who would like to donate blood during the CMCO, you can still do so but there are a few extra steps.
If you are interested in donating blood, you can access this link to look for the nearest donation centres and whether it is suitable for you to donate blood.
If you are a regular blood donor, you can access the above link to fill in and print out a copy of the form in Step 4. If you were stopped at any roadblocks, you can show the authorities the form and they will allow you to proceed. Don’t forget to bring your donor book or card! Click here for more info!
