Any self-respecting foodie in the Klang Valley is sure to have at least heard of the popular local food chain, myBurgerLab. They’re known for pushing the boundaries and aren’t afraid of experimenting when it comes to their dishes, and this latest creation of theirs is certainly proof of that!
Earlier this week, Malaysians were pretty intrigued-yet-weirded out when myBurgerLab unveiled their newest limited edition dish – the Milo-Coated Chicken Strips with Budu Dip. Yes, milo and chicken.
This unique dish, made up of fried chicken coated in Milo powder along with Budu sauce (a popular Kelantanese fermented fish sauce) was served up at the two-day Friedchillies: Ayam Lejen 2 event in Ara Damansara’s LRT station from 11th to 12th November.
Needless to say, it’s an unlikely combination and frankly, we’re not even sure how our taste buds would react to this!
However, it looks like it was a hit among locals as it sold out on both days. Just yesterday (12th November), myBurgerLab managed to sell out more than 1,500 chicken strips in 3 hours! Walao!
Whoever that tagged PDRM and ask them to arrest us for this abomination, you guys are jerks. ??♂️???♂️??♀️.For…
