Laughter is the best medicine!
Once in a while, we all need some form of entertainment to make us all smile. Especially during tough times like these.
In the past few days, MYDIN Malaysia‘s Twitter account has warmed the hearts of Malaysians with its hilarious and relatable content!
Here are some of its highlight tweets!
After becoming trending on Twitter after the fiasco of people looting their stores during the flood, the admin of the Twitter page took a screenshot of how “Myvi” was also trending and slowly catching up to them.
The admin then posted a tweet making light of the situation whilst inserting a hilarious picture of a Myvi following behind closely.
“Seems like Myvi is trying to catch up”

Another instance where the admin made Malaysians laugh was when they were sad over the fact that their request to be a verified account was on hold.
MYDIN Malaysia’s admin then inserted a popular Spongebob meme of him sitting sadly at a table thinking about life.
“Sedih”
The short and simple caption made the tweet much funnier!

MYDIN Malaysia’s Twitter admin is an intern!
Malaysians are amused by the recent tweets by MYDIN Malaysia, and Twitter users asked the admin to continue making them laugh.
However, it was revealed yesterday (23 December) that the admin who has been posting the tweets, is actually an intern and that their internship period will be ending this month!

Petition to make the admin a permanent staff!
As the tweet gained quite a bit of attention, Twitter users are now asking MYDIN’s management to offer the intern a permanent position in the company.
“Come on MYDIN. Take this intern as a permanent staff and admin pleaseee”
Sad by the fact that the admin will be finishing their internship soon, one Twitter user even said that they will only follow MYDIN’s Twitter account this month and unfollow next month as it would no longer be the same admin.
“Change the password, never give it back unless they offer you a permanent position.”
Companies are fighting over the intern
What’s making the replies even funnier is the fact that big companies such as Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) and iQIYI Malaysia are now fighting over the intern!
The two companies asked for the intern’s resume in the replies of the tweet.
So what do you guys think? Do you think that MYDIN should hire the intern as a permanent admin? Let us know in the comments.
