Organisers Hello Universe Malaysia and GoLive Asia announced that ticket sales would begin today (Friday, 11 July 2025) at 11AM via GoLive’s website and ticketing app.
However, both platforms reportedly crashed as early as 10:30 AM (half an hour before sales opened), prompting angry complaints from fans flooding their social media this morning.
In response, GoLive finally addressed the issue around 11:30 AM, explaining that due to overwhelming traffic, they had to restrict access to their site and gradually reopen it in phases to better manage the load.
Amid the chaos, many fans were left disappointed after learning that all tickets had sold out within just three hours after the system issues were resolved.

Scalpers are already reselling the tickets at twice the original price
While the tickets may be sold out, scalpers are taking advantage of the situation by reselling them online at double the original price.

Some fans described the experience as a huge disappointment, waiting for hours, only to face a crashed website and then finding out tickets were already sold out.
Meanwhile, others claimed they successfully made payments and received receipts, but are now demanding answers after not receiving their tickets.

Angry Malaysians started flooding the comment section with their thoughts and reactions.

“Everything’s sold out. I waited three hours for nothing and still didn’t get a ticket.”

“Everyone is welcome to leave the queue because the tickets are sold out.”
