A Malaysian entrepreneur is under fire for showing off his wealth by throwing money to the ground, one RM100 bill at a time.

The entrepreneur took to his TikTok account to share multiple videos of him doing this at different locations.

In the first video, the entrepreneur, who sells traditional herbal products, could be seen sitting on top of his luxury car’s boot while holding a huge stack of RM100 bills. He then drops the money to the ground in front of a shop lot, one bill at a time.

He did the same thing in another video, this time while he sat on top of another luxury car’s bonnet parked within his home porch, where multiple other luxury cars were also seen.

Netizens reacted

His actions did sit well with the general public as many commented that he is treating money disrespectfully.

“Ya Allah! Even if you have too much money, don’t throw it like that. Pity those who are struggling and need money.”

“There are so many who are struggling to earn money. Those who are doing it easily are throwing it around.”

“Brother, no matter how rich you are, how much money you have, doing this is not good.”

“Ya Allah, take back all of the luxuries You have given him. He is unworthy and ungrateful over what you have given him.”

Some even pointed out that, since he appears to not value his money, people should boycott his business and support other business owners.

“Alhamdulillah, since he no longer wants money, we can (support) other (businesses) after this.”
