A driver of the vehicle belonging to the Ministry of Health (MOH) is said to have rammed into a car while reversing at high speed in a residential area.

In a viral X post by @SungaiPetani1, the incident took place recently in Sungai Petani, Kedah where a driver honked at the MOH vehicle for blocking the road. According to the description of the post, the MOH driver who was from Klinik Kesihatan Bedong allegedly ignored the honk.

The other driver continued honking when the MOH vehicle suddenly reversed and rammed into the front part of the car.

“My car suffered damages and the kids in my car were traumatised to see that.”

Drivers and passengers from both vehicles then came down from their respective cars to observe the condition while having a verbal argument. At the time of writing, MOH has yet to issue an official statement about the matter.

The post also went viral in the Facebook group Penduduk Kepala Batas & Bertam Kini.

The CCTV footage, however, did not show how the matter was resolved but a remark in the post urged MOH to take immediate action on the matter.

Accidents can happen anywhere at any time. Fortunately, no one was reported injured in this incident and we hope both parties can resolve the matter.
