Previously, we shared how 35-year-old military personnel Abdul Hafiz Abu Bakar, who recently went viral for punching a female driver in Senawang, pleaded not guilty at the Seremban Magistrate Court on 7 April for the charge of voluntarily causing hurt.
Today, the accused was hauled to the same court again for a different charge, this time for allegedly committing mischief and causing damage to the victim’s Perodua Axia during the incident.
The military man who punched a female driver was hauled to court again for a different criminal charge

According to Sinar Harian, the military personnel was charged with committing mischief and causing damage to the front door of the vehicle belonging to the 28-year-old victim.
Abdul Hafiz was accused of committing the criminal offence at around 10.20pm on 29 March 2025 in Taman Satria, Senawang in Negeri Sembilan.
The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge, which was read in front of Magistrate Nurul Saqinah Rosli today.
The charge was made under Section 427 of the Penal Code below, which carries a sentence of imprisonment between one and five years, a fine, or both if convicted.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Nadia Ezzati Mohd Zainal requested that the court set bail at RM8,000, but the accused’s lawyer, Syed Fadil Syed Othman, argued that the bail should be lower as the accused has two children to support and his spouse is just a housewife.
The court then set bail at RM2,000 with one surety, and the case will be re-mentioned on 19 May, which is also when his previous charge for voluntarily causing hurt for the same incident would be re-heard.
