Marvel fans got massive announcements during Marvel’s presentation at Comic-Con and one announcement, in particular, got the whole Asian community excited.

It was announced in Hall H of the San Diego Comic-Con that Marvel Studios will be releasing ‘Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings‘ in 2021 as part of Marvel’s Phase 4 plan for the next few years.
The film will be lead by Simu Liu, an actor in the popular Netflix series Kim’s Convenience.
On top of that, veteran Asian superstar, Tony Leung will also be joining the film as The Mandarin. Awkwafina of Crazy Rich Asian’s fame will also be featured.
The original comic the film will be based on the comic which follows Shang, a half-Chinese, half-American superhero who is a master of a wide range of unarmed and weapon-based martial arts.
