The National Rehabilitation Council (MPN) has agreed to fully open the country’s borders starting 1 March, 2022, without the involvement of compulsory quarantine.
MPN Chairperson, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin shared that screening tests must be conducted before departure and upon arrival at the entrance of the country, as recommended by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MoH).
He further explained that the move is to help improve the country’s development following the Covid-19 virus.
“The country’s borders will be fully opened soon to support the country’s rehabilitation,” he said.
