Malaysia is famous for many things, our food, our gorgeous greenery and our culture. But now, we can proudly say that our country is also home to an award winning, locally-brewed craft beer!

The World Beer Awards are the global awards selecting the very best in all the international recognised styles, and they award and promote the world’s best beers to consumers and trade across the globe.

Taking to their Instagram account, PaperKite Craft Beer shared that they had won big at The World Beer Awards, taking home a gold medal in the ‘Bitter 4.5 to 5.5%’ category for their Copper Ale and a silver medal in the ‘Pale Ale’ category for their Pale Ale.
