A long, hectic working period definitely calls for a getaway or a retreat to relaxing spots where we can ease our minds and feelings. A group of Malaysian found themselves in luck when their employer decided to bring them to some exciting spots for a company retreat!
Recently, local celebrity chef Khairul Aming took to his Twitter account and shared a video that shows his employees and himself having fun during a company retreat that they will never forget. Khairul decided to bring 50 of his employees from Kelantan, for an all-expenses-paid 4-nights-3-days retreat, starting with the cool breezes of Genting Highlands.
While heading to this popular entertainment spot is cause for celebration, Khairul Aming had another surprise in store for his employees as he gave everyone pocket money to go shopping at Genting Premium Outlets!
Throughout their journey, they also took the cable car and visited Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, where adventurous thrills awaited all of them.
Soon after, they left Genting on the third day, where this time the celebrity chef brought his team to Bukit Bintang where they visited Pavilion Kuala Lumpur before going shopping at Suria KLCC.
“I brought them here as they were talking about finding all the ‘viral TikTok foods’ around town,” Khairul said.
The trip ended with a grand dinner at the Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), where the team mingled and chatted with each other. You can watch the full clip here.
His tweet was posted yesterday (June 21) and it did not take long for the video to amaze fellow netizens with his generosity. Some netizens have praised him for his token appreciation, while others actually tried their luck by asking if Khairul is actually hiring.
