‘Tis the season of house visits and Raya open houses, and this year, our relatives and kawan-kawan aren’t the only ones hosting open houses.
KFC recently held its first KFC Rumah Terbuka in 2025 at KFC DT Extreme Park, Seksyen 13 Shah Alam on 12 April and everyone got to beraya!
Here’s what went down at KFC Rumah Terbuka, with more incoming throughout the rest of the Raya season!
1. Open (house) to ALL Malaysians!
As its namesake implies, KFC Rumah Terbuka @ KFC DT Extreme Park opened its doors wide (and its fryers even wider) for a heartfelt open house event that brought together orphanages, frontliners and Malaysian families with an unforgettable afternoon of Raya vibes and great food.

KFC Rumah Terbuka saw a feast comprising finger-lickin’-good KFC chicken that fed 2,000 visitors —after all, KFC hosted this celebration to share the rezeki with a community that’s been supporting them this festive season!
2. More than a finger-lickin’ good feast

But what’s a KFC Rumah Terbuka without any FUN? Visitors also got to enjoy an exciting assortment of games and fun-filled, family-friendly activities, along with a live busker performance from Erman Braka to amp up the fun.
Malaysians were also surprised with the Spice of Surprise game for a chance to win a variety of gifts and duit raya cash vouchers to save on their next KFC meal.
That’s not all — KFC Rumah Terbuka is a testament to how families should celebrate together, including our furbabies! The open house saw the launch of a NEW edition of the KFC Raya Meowriah collection, handcrafted by a local artist; there were even cat models donning the new collection that’s TOO CUTE TO MISS!

- 18 April — KFC Indera Mahkota, Pahang
- 20 April — KFC Stulang Laut, Johor
- 24 April — KFC Jalan Stadium, Kedah
- 27 April — KFC Bandaran KK Utara DT, Sabah
