Prime Minister Ismail Sabri has just declared Friday and Saturday (November 18 and 19) as public holidays. The special holiday is declared to encourage Malaysians to vote this coming Saturday.
Not only that but following the discussion with 30 highway concessionaries, tolls are also free on both days, which will be convenient for the voters to return to their respective hometowns to vote, reported Sin Chew.
Fellow Malaysians, do make sure that you carry out your due diligence and vote following these leniencies, and stay tuned for more updates!
