Meanwhile, earlier today the Minister of Health, Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba has called Malaysians to be more diligent in adhering to SOPs and practice social distancing in curbing the spread of Covid-19.
As reported by Harian Metro, Dr Adham Baba was quoted of saying,
“During this RMCO, we have seen that social distancing is yet to become our norm. Many are still crowding to go shopping and using lifts without a facemask.”
He further commented that Malaysians seem to not fear death. The rakyat only gets concerned when they hear that cases have increased and the enforcement of EMCO in certain areas.
He has called for Malaysians to not be negligent and it seems that we have become complacent towards the dangers of the pandemic.
