The entertainment industry was shocked when Singaporean actor and Malaysian actress, Aliff Aziz and Ruhainies were caught by JAWI in a condo, and their followers were baffled to learn that it was not Aliff’s 1st cheating incident in the marriage.
Aliff said he has not kept track of the number of mistresses, and Ruhainies also made it clear that she wanted to move on from the matter. In a recent interview, Ruhainies revealed that she had broken things off with Aliff Aziz and she wanted to begin a new chapter.
“I don’t want to prolong this issue. I just want to focus on my career. There is no need to talk to Aliff anymore and I think everyone can move on too.”
In terms of the criticisms that she has been receiving since day 1 of the viral news, Ruhainies said out of 3 million followers on IG, not everyone is a hater.
“I have more silent supporters than haters. 3 million IG followers, you can’t have negative comments from everyone. There has to be positivity from some of them.”
Ruhainies added that everyone has different ideas and mindsets and she didn’t expect everyone to think the same way.
When 1 door closes, more doors open
The Malaysian actress admitted that since the news went viral, it has somehow impacted her career. Regardless, Ruhainies said that she has also received more job offers as the news circulated globally, especially in China.
“I have a job offer from abroad. I can’t say much about it now because we’re still in the midst of discussion. I hope this controversy will not jeopardise my career, that’s all.”
Ruhainies has since apologised to Bella Astillah, Aliff’s wife. Aliff also mentioned in a recent podcast that he wants to move on from the matter.
We wish nothing but the best of luck for everyone’s future endeavors.
