Yep, you read that right! We are shook too! There is indeed a 2 million square feet IOI Mall in Xiamen, China! Huge and aesthetically cool!

According to the latest statement from IOI Properties, IOI Mall @ Xiamen is located in the heart of Jimei New Town. “In addition to our successful malls, such as IOI City Mall @ Putrajaya, IOI Mall @ Puchong & IOI Mall @ Kulai, we are proud to share that we also have a 2 million square feet IOI Mall in Xiamen, China too!” the page announces.

The mall is also well-connected with subway stations, BRT stations, and bus stations, making it easily accessible for shoppers around the area.

IOI Properties also shares a few unique features of the mall, which include:

“1. The first sunken courtyard art square in Xiamen, hosting regular performances and creating a distinctive landscape that sets the mall apart.

2. Unique components such as the world’s second post-apocalyptic themed amusement park, Xiamen’s first terraced landscape restaurant, and a waterfront leisure-themed corridor, offering a new and alternative experience.

3. IOI Mall is Xiamen’s first commercial property to introduce the concept of “smart shopping.” High-tech innovations enhance the customer experience, taking it to the next level.”
