The close relationship between MUDA co-founder Syed Saddiq and actress Bella Astillah is no secret, as the pair have been seen together at numerous events, including the recent court verdict on Saddiq’s corruption charges.

While Saddiq has never publicly commented in detail about his relationship with Bella, she recently opened up about her feelings toward him.

“I’m happy I met him. He’s a green flag.”

In the podcast by Kitsui Malaysia, Bella described Saddiq as a kind man, saying that he is the male version of herself.

“Whenever I see him, it feels like I’m seeing a male version of myself.”

Bella’s younger sister, Didi Astillah, who was also in the podcast, couldn’t hold back her tears, saying that Saddiq’s existence in Bella’s life is the best arrangement from the Almighty. Didi also said that she was thankful to Saddiq, who has been like a brother figure to her.

Bella Astillah, 31, was previously married to Malaysian actor Aliff Aziz, whom she divorced after he admitted to having “countless” affairs. Aliff was later detained by JAWI after being found alone in an apartment with actress Ruhainies.

Due to their frequent appearances together, social media users have coined the abbreviation “BASS,” standing for Bella Astillah Syed Saddiq.

Kitsui has yet to release the full podcast, but snippets of the conversation are available on its TikTok page.

What do you think of Bella’s relationship with Syed Saddiq?
