Foreign Uni Student Found Dead After Suspected Fall at Cyberjaya Condo, Police Rule Out Foul Play

A student of a local university has died after he is believed to have fallen from the fourth floor of a condominium in Cyberjaya here on Saturday (7 March).

The victim, a 39‑year‑old foreign man, was found unconscious in front of the lobby of Tower 3 of the condominium at around 2 PM.

Sepang District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Norhizam Bahaman, said they received an emergency call via the MERS 999 hotline from a member of the public who reported the incident.

Acting on the information, a team of officers from the Cyberjaya Police Station rushed to the scene to conduct an inspection.

“Initial checks found the victim lying on the lobby floor with his body covered in blood.”

“Early investigation indicates the victim is believed to have fallen from the fourth floor of the residential unit he occupied in the condominium,” he said in a statement.

He said the man was confirmed to be a student at a local university.

Norhizam said a team from the Forensics Department was also called to the scene for further examination.

“Findings at the scene revealed no criminal elements,” he said.

According to him, the case has been classified as a sudden death report (SDR).

He added that the victim’s body has been sent to the Forensics and Pathology Department of Cyberjaya Hospital for a post‑mortem. He also advised the public not to speculate about the incident.

“Members of the public who have any information related to the case are urged to contact the Sepang District Police Headquarters hotline at 03‑87774222 or any nearby police station to assist in the investigation,” he said.
