Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah has always been humble about all the fame he has been getting over the past few months after showing his amazing knowledge and leadership in handling the Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia.
Similarly, when he was given the ‘Tan Sri’ title after being awarded the Darjah Panglima Setia Mahkota (PSM) in conjunction with the birthday of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham took to his Facebook to express his gratitude.
Not once did he mention his own achievements, but dedicated the award to all the frontliners and staff in the Ministry of Health (MOH).
“This title and degree of greatness is a tribute to all frontliners and staff from the Ministry of Health working behind the scenes,” he wrote.
“It is also a symbol of the Government’s trust and appreciation for civil servants.”
“Hopefully all the awards given to the staff in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic will burn the spirit of all of us to continue to carry out our duties for the health of the people and national security,” he said.
Even while receiving such an award, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham only talks about the well-being of Malaysia and his hopes that we will all work together to do our part in taking care of our nation.
Setinggi-tinggi tahniah kepada YBhg. Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah , Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan Malaysia…
