A video going viral online shows a man suddenly running towards a car along a road in a commercial area in Johor Bahru.

A man throws himself onto a driver’s car in Johor
The incident was caught on video by the driver’s dashcam, showing the man standing by the roadside in the shoplot area before suddenly running forward and throwing himself onto the front of the car as the driver approached.
The post also suggested that the man’s actions were deliberate, as he was allegedly trying to fake an accident to make an insurance claim from the vehicle owner.
“He tried to fake an accident to claim insurance from the owner, but he forgot that these days, many drivers have dashcams installed. All that effort wasted on such a foolish stunt,” the post read.

Netizens started flooding the comment section with their thoughts and reactions.

“Everyone, go catch him and take him to the police station.”

“Did he get hit, or did he deliberately want to get hit, or did the car hit him because he was trying to be hit?”

“Looks like he’s trying to swim or even dive.”
