The curtains have closed on yet another exhilarating chapter of Daikin International Badminton Tournament 2024, leaving behind a legacy of unforgettable moments, remarkable performances, and a celebration of the enduring spirit of sportsmanship. This prestigious event, sponsored by Daikin, was hosted at SunsuriaPioneer Badminton Hall, Kota Damansara, and captivated audiences nationwide with its showcase of talent, determination, and passion for badminton. This event welcomed 1,500 entries and enthusiasts from around the globe.

YB Adam Adli, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Malaysia said, “I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Daikin for organising this event and providing a platform for young athletes to showcase their abilities. According to Chan Chong Ming, Director of Pioneer Sports Management (M) Sdn Bhd, the closing ceremony of Daikin International Badminton Tournament 2024 was a fitting conclusion to an action-packed week of thrilling matches and intense competition. Athletes from across the globe including Malaysia, China, Thailand, Singapore, India, Japan, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, South Korea and Hong Kong displayed their extraordinary skills and resilience on the courts, captivating fans and leaving an indelible mark on the tournament’s storied history.

“Throughout the tournament, players competed fiercely across various categories, showcasing their agility, speed, and strategic prowess.
