While the nation is moving towards the endemic phase, most of the people have started living with the new norms. Home quarantine is still a must if you’ve contracted the Covid-19 virus.
But what if you have to skip a wedding that you have been waiting to attend because you’re infected with the virus? This man shows you how to do so without endangering others. Recently, a videographer, Adzrif shared a funny incident via his TikTok account.
In the video, it is revealed that a friend of the bride and the groom could not make it to the wedding as he had to undergo home quarantine after being infected with the Covid-19 virus. However, that did not stop him from “attending” the wedding.
The friend who was undergoing home isolation decided to print life-sized cardboard of him so that he could be part of the wedding pictures! The guests were all amused to see the life-sized cardboard at the scene as well as the dedication of the person who designed the cardboard of himself.

In the comment section, the groom revealed that he had initially asked the friend to just print an A3-sized picture of him so that he can be in the wedding pictures. He certainly did not expect the “presence” of his friend in life-sized cardboard.
The video has since gained more than views and netizens are also amused by the incident. Some of them even had ideas on how they can apply the same method in the future.
“I have an idea. If our partners are under quarantine during the wedding, we can do this.”
Surprisingly, the video had also gained the attention of Shopee Malaysia who gave his efforts and dedication an A+!
It is definitely a bummer to not be able to attend the wedding, but as long as other alternatives work without endangering others, it is still a brilliant idea, right?
