Halloween is over but let’s take a trip down memory lane! Did you get to dress up as your favorite character, and be who you wanted to be for a day?
Malaysian pianist Cathryn Lee was a Barbie girl in a Barbie world for a day.
In her Facebook post, Cathryn shared a few images of her dressing up as Barbie, and her outfit was heavily inspired by what many had seen in the recent Barbie movie, where the character was brought to life by Margot Robbie.
Cathryn appeared as Barbie in a colorful shirt, pink shorts with yellow knee pads, and roller shoes, very much like the one you saw in the movies.
It’s definitely an A+ for the resemblance and many netizens praised Cathryn for the outfit but one of them is not really a fan of Cathryn’s Halloween outfit as Barbie.
“Here comes another set of edited and beautified pictures,” the netizen commented.
The comment got Cathryn’s attention, to which she immediately responded and said, “Do I really need to edit my pictures? Do you want to stand beside me? Come to KL and look for me.”
Her response, however, did not end there.
Who’s the fairest of them all?
Cathryn posted on Facebook and expressed what she thought about the naysayer who had nothing nice to say.
“When you can’t accept there is someone out there who is better looking than you, you judged her pictures.”
The pianist continued and told the netizen, “Your pictures are edited too, and yet, you’re judging me. I bet you don’t have the guts to come look for me in KL.”
Cathryn then posted a video of her posing in Barbie outfit and once again, told the netizen to stop hiding at home and judge other women.
You really don’t want to mess with a Barbie!
Can you relate to bitter responses that ruin the happy memories that you shared on social media?
