Established to support the Palestinians, Ops Ihsan is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs together with other governmental agencies. It is also supported by more than 50 NGOs, including Humanitarian Care Malaysia Berhad (MyCare).

Ops Ihsan has been on a roll since November 2023, making not one, but three deliveries of humanitarian aid to Gaza. Packed with essential medical supplies and necessities, the first two batches of humanitarian aid weighed 40 tonnes. Now, with the third round of delivery, the total donation weight has surged to an impressive 100 tonnes, amplifying their commitment to supporting those in need.
