Ops Ihsan has been on a roll since November 2023, making not one, but three deliveries of humanitarian aid to Gaza. Packed with essential medical supplies and necessities, the first two batches of humanitarian aid weighed 40 tonnes. Now, with the third round of delivery, the total donation weight has surged to an impressive 100 tonnes, amplifying their commitment to supporting those in need.

Wardah and Kahf’s donation made up part of the 60 tonnes of aid sent from Malaysia during Ops Ihsan’s third aid delivery. Their generous RM500,000 donation was allocated as follows:
- Medical kit packages for injured residents in the hospital (worth RM225,000)
- Food packs for displaced families (worth RM125,000)

The aid safely arrived in Egypt on 20 December 2023 and was received by the Egyptian Red Crescent Society. Thereon, it was transported to Gaza through the Rafah border and handed to the capable hands of the Palestine Red Crescent Society, which is overseeing the distribution of aid to hospitals and the Gaza community.
