We’ve seen all kinds of things come out of Malaysia, from restaurants serving our local cuisine overseas to our amazing people making waves internationally.
But, do you know what else apparently comes out of Malaysia? Heroin hidden in hoverboards.
The Border Security Au TikTok page recently shared footage (Part 1 and Part 2) of one of their officers spotting mysterious packages hidden in a packaged hoverboard that came from our shores.
They wrote, “A parcel from Malaysia has caught Officer Kane’s attention.”
In the video, Officer Kane was looking through the X-Ray machine of packages coming into Australia and noticed something fishy.
He detected hidden items inside a hoverboard packaged from Malaysia.
Officer Kane then opened the package and wiped down the hoverboard with a piece of paper before placing the piece of paper in a machine that detected the presence of drugs.
Upon further inspection, and by that we mean that he opened up the package and started detaching the bottom of the hoverboard, he discovered small packs of a white powdery substance.
Taking a tiny amount of the substance, Officer Kane then placed it in a drug test tube which indicted that the substance is Heroin.
Well, we guess whoever ordered that hoverboard isn’t going to get it.
