Parents will always look after their kids and will go the extra mile to ensure the best for their children. This doesn’t only ring true to humans but it’s also true for animals, as well.

Recently, a twitter post went viral and has melted the hearts of many across the world, when a cat was seen bringing its kitten to a hospital’s emergency section.

This Twitter user was also in the emergency section when he got to witness all this unfold. The mother cat had brought the kitten to the hospital by carrying the kitten using its mouth.

“Today we were in the emergency of the hospital, a cat brought her baby in her mouth to the emergency room,” Merve Ozcan wrote in Turkish.

Upon seeing the mother cat, the medical staff immediately surrounded the cat and the kitten to assess the situation. It’s great to see the medical personnel quickly responding to the situation even though things may be chaotic in the emergency ward, given the current circumstances.

According to International Business Times, this incident took place in Istanbul, Turkey and social media users have widely shared the pictures on 27 April.

This tweet currently has over 6,200 retweets and more than 80,000 likes. Twitter users were touched by the concerned mother cat over its kitten. One Twitter user even reminded everyone to not forget our mothers and it serves as a good reminder to us to always love and appreciate her for everything she has done to us.

The kind act of the medical personnel in Turkey is a good example that portrays humanity at its best. The emergency ward most probably would have been hectic because of the Covid-19 pandemic. But, that didn’t stop the medics from looking after the kitten.

The battle with Covid-19 pandemic is not over yet. We hope everyone continues to practice social distancing and always wash their hands.
