A Malaysian corndog seller who is known on TikTok as @saudagarcorndog has been making waves for finding interesting ways to give away free food and prizes for his customers.
One of his videos went viral with 23.5k likes and 523k views after he documented a heartwarming moment where he gifted a school student in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong a free piece of fried chicken for being their first customer of the day.
In the TikTok video, the student is seen to be breathless after speeding to the yellow food truck that Abang Corndog sells from. The seller then says “there it is, our first customer” while the student proceeds to order 3 pieces of fried chicken and takes out his wallet to pay.
Abang Corndog then continues on, saying “I’ll buy you one more because you’re the first customer and you ran here right?” the boy immediately looked up from his wallet, happily surprised at the unforeseen gesture.
The student’s face lit up despite him still being out of breath from having to quickly run out from school and straight to the food truck, probably to avoid any possible crowding.
The corndog seller was moved by the boy’s efforts to buy his food early that he surprised him with a free snack and aptly captured the priceless reaction on video.
From having a lucky draw of Hot Wheels toys to giving away gallons of free drinks, Abang Corndog is loved by netizens online for finding quirky ways to spread his generosity amongst customers.
This popular corndog seller operates from his bright yellow food truck from 4:30pm to 6:30pm and is based in Bandar Kinrara 2, Puchong. He switches up the menu from time to time but his staples are the signature cheesy corn dog and fried chicken.
