As state elections reach fever pitch in the six Peninsular states of Kedah, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Selangor and Terengganu.

…and as with any elections, we know that fanatics on both sides are trying to trying to make a case for themselves, this is probably of those incidences that we do not like to see happening.

Taking to social media, this rather frustrated individual can be seen ripping out a party flag and showcased how proud he was of his actions.

Coupled with the caption: “Is this what extremism looks like?”, netizens were unimpressed with this man’s action.

One netizen commented, “I think this person is mentally retarded.”

Another: “I think this dude thinks he’s Freddie Mercury.”

Let’s hope that acts of vandalism like this will not be a feature in our upcoming state elections.
