A 27-year-old woman lost her life after falling from the 17th floor of a flat in the Farlim area of Penang on Sunday (11 January) at approximately 11:30 AM.
According to a report by China Press, the woman reportedly had an argument with her boyfriend prior to the tragedy. They were living together in the building.

The police were alerted when residents of the flat heard a loud impact and discovered the woman’s body lying on the 4th-floor roof terrace.
The area has since been cordoned off, and the woman’s body will be taken to the Penang General Hospital morgue for an autopsy.

The woman’s boyfriend and her brother, who was reportedly present during the dispute, are said to be assisting the police with their investigation.
